Scheduling a Video Upload
From account setup to fully automated publishing on YouTube.
Create your account
Sign up with email or Google in under a minute. No credit card is required to start on the Free plan.
Connect your YouTube channel
Navigate to Social Accounts, click "Connect YouTube", and connect your Google account. SaifCast connects securely to upload your scheduled videos, read your channel info, and manage live broadcasts.
Upload a video to your media library
Upload your video and custom thumbnail to your SaifCast media library in the cloud. Videos can be reused across unlimited schedules.
Create a schedule
Go to Schedules → "New schedule". Select your uploaded video, add title, description, tags, privacy visibility, and desired publish time.
Set recurrence & dynamic variables
Choose daily, weekly, or custom recurrence. Use dynamic title variables like {episode}, {date}, or sequential playlist queues.
Save and activate
SaifCast registers the schedule. At the exact scheduled time, SaifCast automatically publishes the video directly to your YouTube channel.
Monitor in Upload History
Check the execution status in History. Successful runs link directly to the published YouTube video; any failures provide one-click retry.
Starting a Pre-Recorded Live Stream

Upload your source video
Store your high-resolution video in the SaifCast media library. The same video file can power both scheduled uploads and live broadcasts.
Create a live stream
In Live Streaming, select "New Stream". Choose your playback mode: Loop (infinite repeat), Playlist (series sequence), or Scheduled Broadcast.
Configure broadcast settings
Set title, broadcast description, privacy level (Public, Unlisted, Private), broadcast quality, and advance announcement settings.
Start now or schedule ahead
Click "Start Now" or specify a future calendar date. SaifCast plays your video on YouTube as a live stream.
Automatic resumption
SaifCast monitors your live stream continuously and automatically reconnects if the connection drops.
