1. What SaifCast is
SaifCast is an automated video scheduling and auto-publishing platform for digital creators, businesses, and publishers. It allows users to schedule recurring and one-time video uploads across multiple connected social networks including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using Google Drive links or media stored in the SaifCast media library. SaifCast is operated by SaifCast ("we", "us", "our").
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, connecting any social media channel or account, or using SaifCast in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
3. Third-party platform terms
SaifCast connects directly with third-party social media platforms. By connecting your accounts and publishing content through SaifCast, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the respective terms of each connected provider:
- YouTube & Google: YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms.
- Meta (Instagram & Facebook): Meta Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and Instagram Terms of Use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use SaifCast only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use SaifCast to upload or distribute content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, promotes harassment or hate speech, transmits malware, or abuses platform rate limits or API quotas on any connected service.
5. Responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for all video files, audio tracks, titles, descriptions, captions, tags, and publishing schedules configured through SaifCast. You warrant that you hold all required licenses, clearances, and ownership rights for all media content uploaded. SaifCast does not pre-screen or edit your videos prior to publishing.
6. Plan limits & billing
Paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium, Enterprise) are billed in advance on recurring monthly or annual billing cycles. You may cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscribed schedules remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
7. Service availability
We strive to deliver continuous, reliable service with high availability for our automated upload scheduling workers. However, scheduled publishing depends on the uptime and API stability of third-party platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta), cloud storage availability, and internet infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or zero latency.
8. Disconnection & termination
You may disconnect individual social accounts at any time from Dashboard → Social Accounts, which immediately deletes stored OAuth tokens for that platform. You may permanently delete your entire account and associated data from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provider community standards.
9. Intellectual property
You retain complete and unencumbered ownership and intellectual property rights in all video and audio content you publish through SaifCast. SaifCast claims no ownership, copyright, or moral rights over your user content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaifCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or third-party platform actions (such as strikes or suspensions imposed by YouTube, TikTok, or Meta), resulting from your use of the service.
11. Privacy & data deletion
Our collection, storage, and processing of your personal information and platform tokens is governed by our Privacy Policy. 12. Governing law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
